There are 2 options for warranties to be negotiated in a contract:
- C. Cooper Custom Homes, Inc. will warrant all materials and workmanship for one year; OR
- A third party warranty can be purchased that warrants all materials and workmanship for one year.; plumbing, electrical and mechanical for two years; structural and foundation for ten years.
All warranties are covered from the completion date and do not cover the misuse or abuse of products. C. Cooper Custom Homes, Inc. will not warrant any work done by the homeowner.
** Some interior/exterior cracks caused by temperature changes or humidity will not be covered under warranty.
